Cleanser viewed stored in a kitchen cabinet, next to food, it accesible as no safety latch was attached and that the top cupboard was missing the drawer and you could reach right in. Soap and shampoos viewed in the shower are accessible to children. Bleach and clothes soap viwed stored upstairs on a wire free standing shelf where children can reach and access them. Bottle of cleanser stored next to food in a cabinet. Janitorial equipment stored in upstairs hallway next to the bathroom and in the bathroom, is accessible to children (vaccuum, and brooms).
